To make the Monday transition a little bit
easier, enjoy the first installment of Mats & Models Monday, our new
series that takes a closer look into customer’s cars!
#1.
1969 Fiat 850 Shellette
The 1969 Fiat 850 Shellette looks
like it drove right out of a beach shack: with its cobalt blue finish
and stretched fabric roof, this car looks perfect for the summer! Only
80 were built in Turin, Italy, and only 10 are known to still exist. The
model was largely based on the 850 Spyder and Coupe, with an Inline-4
Engine that produces around 47 horsepower. What really makes this car
worthwhile is the wicker interior, woven by the same craftsmen as the
Rolls-Royce wicker picnic basket. The interior is matched beautifully
with a set of Blue and Natural CocoMats that adds to its raw fiber
aesthetic.
