Warranty
We guarantee the fit and quality of every set of car mats we manufacture. If there is a problem with the fit, you just need to contact us via telephone or email, and we will rectify the problem.
We guarantee our mats to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. However, if you have a problem beyond a year, please get in touch with us so that we can try and rectify the problem. Under regular use, your mats should last in your car for many years, and we want you to be happy with your mats.
Since all our mats are handmade to order, we do not accept returns if a customer does not like the color or the color does not match their interior. Before purchasing, we recommend purchasing swatches for $2 a piece + free shipping of colors that could work in your car’s interior. We also provide a link to our virtual swatch page, which you can open up with a phone or tablet to review the colors in your vehicle.
Return and Refund Policy
Auto Mats
All of our custom mats are made to order. Because of this, they are not returnable, and all sales are final. If you are unsure about the color before ordering, please call or email our customer service to mail out color swatches for $2 a piece + free shipping.
If your mats do not fit your car, then this will fall under our warranty, and we will replace or recut the mats so that they will fit correctly in your car.
Apparel
T-Shirts and hats can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
