The following are our Terms of Sale. By placing your order, you are agreeing to the following:
Production Time
All of our mats are handmade to order. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks and up to 4 weeks from placing your order for production, plus shipping time. Please call us to discuss other options if you need your mats sooner.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method for the US lower 48 states is UPS & FedEx ground. UPS & FedEx ground shipping time depends on how far you are from our CocoMats.com shop (We are located in SC). For example, most of NC, VA, and SC are 1 day. CA is 5 working days. FL, GA, and AL are 2 working days. You are welcome to call us before or after placing your order. We will be happy to estimate the shipping time or provide you with pricing for overnight, 2nd-day air, or 3rd-day air. Please remember that air shipments for our Cocomats are expensive, as the mats are heavy. International customers and customers from Hawaii and Alaska will need to call or e-mail us for shipping rates. Our US Tel # is 1(800)461-3533, and our e-mail is info@cocomats.com. Our international shipping method is either UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We have excellent discounted rates with these carriers (up to 66% off). Please call or e-mail for a quote. Standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is Priority Mail. If you want to ship to a PO Box in the US, you will need to call us for a rate quote for Priority Mail.
Payment and Charges
All of our mats are handmade to order. With this in mind, payment is charged before the start of our manufacturing process. Manufacturing may take up to 4 weeks. If payment is by check, we will start production upon receipt.
Warranty
Our mats are warranted against material defects and workmanship for one year. We stand behind our product 100%. If you have any problem with the fit or the wear of your mats within the first year, please get in touch with us. We will rectify the problem by replacing the mat(s) or fixing the original mats.
Return and Refund Policy
All of our mats are handmade to order. They are not returnable, and all sales are final. If you are unsure whether the color of the car mats you are ordering will match your car’s interior, please call us or e-mail us for a swatch before ordering. If your mats do not fit your car, this will fall under our warranty, and we will replace or recut the mats so that they will fit correctly in your car.
